About the Camp: Our two day Shooting Camp is designed for the serious basketball player looking to improve their skills or learn the proper fundamentals to excel in the "science of shooting." this camp includes 6 hours of intense instruction focusing on the basics of shooting while providing analysis that will lead to future success. For over four decades, Excel's tried and true "BLESH" Method has helped countless children improve their skills.
Instructional Topics: Include Stance, Grip, Shooting Preparation, Technique of Shooting (BLESH), Shooting on the Move, Shooting off the Dribble, Shooting off of Offensive Moves. The brief instructional lectures are followed by immediate application sessions. Application Sessions: Consists of small group practice of skills taught, providing the maximum number of supervised repetitions. Each camper's shooting technique will be recorded and analyzed with students receiving an evaluation sheet and suggested drills and practice. Tuition: This in-depth instructional camp is $110.00. Payment in full must accompany the completed application to reserve your space in camp. Tuition fee includes a camp T-Shirt plus two intense days of instruction and drills. Deadline for registration is Wednesday, August 8th. Registration is limited, on a first come-first served basis.
